So I live in a very rural area, and I am now the patient of a doctor in a very rich area. I find this phrase running through my head pretty much constantly whilst I am there. I find their habits to be very strange; they decorate with coloured exotic pineapples, and change the furniture between visits! I am just thoroughly bewildered by them...
